In the well-known Val Badia in the municipality of La Val/ Wengen, on the border of Hochabtei, I am selling this beautiful, level alpine meadow with a total area of 22,579m2 and with two small buildings, a small cook's hut and a small barn, at about 1,900 metres above sea level. This alpine meadow is accessible via a forest road (off-road vehicle).
This agricultural property is not located in a closed farm and can be freely sold to any person. Currently, this alpine meadow is still leased to a local farmer for a few months.
