Finally, the Comelico Superiore municipality has received the green light from the Superintendence for the project to connect the two ski areas, which will allow the Venetian valley to be revitalised and join the Three Peaks Dolomites ski area, one of the most modern and best equipped Dolomiti Superski. In addition to the connection with Comelico, the Alta Pusteria ski area is also planning a merger with the Austrian ski area of Sillian. The result would be a huge carousel accessible from Veneto, South Tyrol (also by train) and Tyrol.
